Chess tips are very useful for every beginners of chess game. Like in any other game and sports, tips are very helpful for the quick improvement of your game. However, chess game is such a complicated and complex game that even for several tips; you can have a difficult time to jump onto the next chess skill level.

In this article, there are some general tips that hopefully you can find helpful in all your chess game plays. They are also divided for the benefit in the three parts of chess: opening game, middle game, and endgame. You can find them simple but hard to maintain. Read carefully and understand thoroughly to benefit you in your future game plays.

First chess tip in the opening game is the opening choice. Ensure that you have chosen an opening move that suits your style. For example, if you are a tactical chess player, do not use the English style opening with the white or French Defense with the black.

Next tip is the time management in learning the opening move. When you choose an opening move, be sure that you have all the time required to master it. Some of the openings are vast and incredibly complex that requires many hours of learning to understand them. If you think you do not have the time for this kind of openings, choose a more simple to understand.

Do not make haste and give in to the temptation of attacking your opponent right away. Keep in mind that the opening game is for you to develop your chess pieces in a position where they can be of advantage in the upcoming battle.

Remember always the importance of the center squares in the chess board. Fight for the control of the center and do not give it up. Your chess pieces must be developed in a way that they protect and acquire the center squares of the board. Also, be aware of those gambits in the opening phase. Always make sure the motive of your opponent when he or she is offering a capture of a pawn in the opening.

Your objective in the middle game is very much different from the opening. Set your strategy to attack and defend in here. You should always ask yourself what your opponent’s intentions are in every move he or she will make. Calculate and evaluate the positions of every chess pieces on the board as well as ensure that you have already gone deep enough.

Always have a plan in a chess game play. Without planning you ensure yourself, a total lose. So, plan ahead of time and think of the big picture that lies ahead and not those little victories in the present.

In the end game, your king can move and battle as well. Grab this opportunity and move him out to attack. Analyze carefully your situation in the endgame and avoid making mistake. However, if you lose, do not stop there. Analyze your mistake and learn from them so that you can prevent them from happening again in the future.
